If the boat trip is canceled due to reasons on our part, the full prepayment will be refunded to the client.
In case of inclement weather, if the captain decides not to proceed with the trip on the scheduled day or hour, the trip will be postponed to another departure time or day.
If the client cancels the cruise at least two months before the departure date, the prepayment will be fully refunded. If cancellation occurs after that period, the prepayment will not be refunded, though the client may request an alternative date.
Please note, the price of fuel is subject to change at any time, sometimes without prior notice. If this happens, customers may be asked to pay the difference.
